This IGM allows team owners to select new players in
an amateur draft at the conclusion of each perpetual
season.  A MUST for any serious FFBL game.  Owners
select players in each of 4 rounds in the draft.
Teams select in reverse order of there final standings,
with the worst team getting the first pick.
