ICL BUILDER v1.0c  -
ICL (Icon Library) Builder allows you to
quickly and easily consolidate all your icons
into icon libraries of up to a thousand icons
each.  You can also export icons to bitmap
files which can then be edited by PaintBrush
or similar program.  After editing, the bitmap
may be imported into ICL Builder as an icon.
