 Detects a "Lurking" Program or Sloppy "Un-Install" by Checking the
Interrupt Vectors and Start of Free Memory. "Un-Install" refers
to TSR Programs. It Reports All Vectors that have Changed, plus a
Brief Description of the Vector's Function.  It also Reports if the
Start of Free Memory has Changed, and Displays the Reference Address

Detects a "lurking" program, possibly an active virus, or sloppy
"un-install" by checking the interrupt vectors and "SFM" (Start of
Free Memory).  "Un-install" refers to TSR programs.  It reports all
vectors that have changed with a brief description of the vector's
Interrupt function.  It also reports if the "SFM" has changed by
comparing the current "SFM" to the saved "SFM".  If there is a
difference, displays both the current and the saved (reference)
"SFM" for comparison.

Note: This is NOT a "Free" program.  A small donation will be
