DELA v2.0.  DELA will execute 
any BAT,EXE or COM file at a specific 
time of day. DELA loads as a TSR 
requiring only 3.8k of conventional 
memory. DELA will only send data to the 
keyboard buffer if the computer is at the 
DOS prompt. This version includes the
