DROPMSG3 is a Wildcat 3.x+ utility similar to
my DROPMSG2, except it uses Dave Cody's ex-
cellent POSTMSTR utility to create a MESSAGE
to users who drop carrier, as opposed to the
'display file' USERnn.BBS. See the .DOC file
for a comparison of the two and full infor-
mation. (POSTMSTR (c) Dave Cody). This
release 8-21-92 has a bug fix, I misread
Dave's command line switches. The /N has been
changed to /* to stop adding the note to
