Well, we know have a guy in there with 3 arrests that was formerly
addicted to cocaine. Suddenly, "I didn't inhale" doesn't sound so bad.
George Washington (or whoever) said:
"I can not tell a lie. I cut down the bougainvillea!"
You're asking me to choose between a guy who said "In my youth I did some real
bad things" and another guy who says "I didn't inhale". My personal advice is
to avoid the LIAR, because he might just go on to get caught out in dozens of
lies thruought his presidency.

Where were you two months ago...
...still hoping for grid lock in congress. Suddenly the worst they can
do sounds pretty bad. Dad and Reagan ran the National debt up to 4
Trillion dollars... watch party boy have some fun to night.

Didn't catch this the first time around but ol GW wasn't all that forth coming about his checkered past either. Not nearly as complete as some
news people had it.
All in all I'd rather be in Cleveland - W.C.Fields
-Well, if he snorted some coke when he was in his wild young years....so be it. Better than selling the dragon our missle technology and nuclear secrets for illegal political contrabutions, or sending good men to die so he can have

The coke drug thing, I imagine it is pretty hard to find a lot of people who>came out of the 60's and 70's who did not try something.
The guy isn't a drug attict now, if he was we would have heard it. After Bill>Clinton, let's not go there.

Shouldn't this be on the debate sub? :)
For all those who voted Gore or anything else out there the statement about
Bush isn't debatable, it's a fact ;-)

Guess I am not as politically astute as I had thought... where did that
come from?
I see he is still going ahead with the 1.3 TRILLION dollar tax cuts.
Even though the national debt is our largest problem (fiscally,
of course)
Even though the stock market is showing a downward tilt (for the
moment)
Gotta repay those that got him in before the markets crash all around
us!!
Big gift to the rich and let the small guys make up the difference.
I just didn't think it would happen this fast. Not even seated yet and
is planning the ruination of country. (well the less well off half
anyway)
I could be wrong, I hope I'm wrong. but I don't think so.
