Dear Sean, in regards to this message to Dan Egli.

YES ALREADY! STOP POSTING THESE MESSAGES PLEASE!!

Take a chill pill and relax.

He did seem a little steamed up, although to give credit where it is due i have
been known to duplicate myself on these things.

He's not trying to rile anyone up.

Thank you for giving me the benifit of the doubt on this issue Mr Moderator.

He may not understand that the traffic in here is sporadic at best. ;)

Well if i did not then i do now, thank you for the correction.

Dear Sean, in regards to this message to me.

    Is this echo still alive?

For the second time, yes, we are alive.

IOW I Did Dupe, ooops, sorry.

Traffic is sporadic at best in here so no news is good news.

So there is nothing new happening in here ATM?.

I'd ask you to refrain asking if the echo's "alive" or not, but if you feel
you must, point the message at me or preferably, ask me in netmail (1:11/200).

    OK.

    Thanks.

    You are welcome.

This sounds like an interesting echo, is there any way you could chat to my BBS's Sysop David N Wallace about getting it installed on This BBS, Common Ground?.

Just ask your Sysop to request it from his uplink. It's backboned so he should be able to get it just fine. If not and your Sysop has Internet access (or at least E-Mail access) then I can easily gate it to him. However, if memory serves (You'd think the creator of an echo could remember it's rules!? <G>) it's a Sysop Only echo so even if he did request it you wouldn't see it. It is intended to be a place for Fido Sysops to chat about how to keep classic BBSing
alive in places where the Internet has almost wiped them out, like in most of the first world countries (USA, England, France, etc..)

Bugger, of course i could always hope the moderator does not know his own echo's rules.

And you are sure you can not make an exeption for an interested 3rd party?.

Well I'll tell you what. If you're internet capible, you can log into my BBS, and I'll give you access to it. Beyond that it's not my call. It's up to the sysop of the BBS you are posting from.
