I heard a guy today from (down) in the Florida swamps, up here in Central Ontario, Canada. Said he was running a 1000 watt boot. Sounded like it. I have 10 watts on SSB here but it's late now.

I wish I could but over here in New Zealand I don't think any amount of power into my CB gear would do the trick.

Nice to hear CB is still a thing there, here it's pretty quiet now but the truckers still use channel 11 I think.
