  • My BBS adverts are borked.

    I edited my ANSI file to add a few new node #s of FTNs I carry, and now my ANSI file displays all borked in any message area I post it to thru mutil.

    What are the requirements of ANSI files posted by mutil in message areas, automatically?

    The ANSI was the same, albeit some added lines at the bottom - but now its all jumbled. (*#@&$*#@!

    I think it's the line length that causes it to mess up.

    If you upload an ansi into the Mystic online message editor it will save it in a way that it looks good. I think it will.. ;)

    If you save the ANSI in the mystic ansi editor with a line length as 79 wide. You should be ok. Let me know if this helps!

    In my instance, it was the CLEAR PAGE Esc code at the top, and I also deleted an... Esc code 032 at the bottom that was maybe a line feed - its how Moebius auto-saves the file, but it was still messed up even after saving thru the Mystic ANSI editor... I *think* my edits have fixed it up again, and I'll see at 7pm tonight... I think I ironed it out.
