    The deadline for voting is Sunday 26 November, 20:00 UTC.

    Some 27 hours to go.

    Don't cut it too close. What counts is the time the packet containing the message arrives on my system. Not the timestamp in the message header.

    R13C has not voted yet, and I was in contact with him today. His echomail feed
    is down currently so I suggested he change his feed to another system, there are a number of other Star systems in Zone 1. I hope he takes my suggestion as
    I would hate for him to lose his vote. <sigh>
