Have you configured a QWK network, is it set to active, and is it set to "Member Type: Node"? Is the archive type and packet ID set to something?
Did you perform a fresh install or is this an upgrade? If its an
upgrade and you haven't upgraded in a while there are probably things
you need to do to make it work. Do the logs say anything?
And since its Linux do you understand how access and ownership works in Linux file systems? It could be something along those lines too.
